the craft of teaching yoga

“When I say be creative, I don’t mean you should all go and become great painters and great poets. I simply mean let your life be a painting, let your life be a poem.”
— Osho

program overview

Welcome to a unique training experience.

Trainees emerge from this program equipped to lead intelligent, creative, musical and meaningful vinyasa flow. We dive deep into sequencing, anatomy, yoga history, mythology, theming, and hands-on assists!

We take weekly “yoga field trips” together to experience and discuss influential instructors throughout the Seattle community, making our program a unique and broad offering. Trainees are encouraged to draw inspiration for flow sequencing from many studios and many styles.

This program empowers trainees to approach teaching yoga with the mind and heart of an artist. We balance technique with intuition, we contrast skill with innovation, and we discover fluid artistic expression within the grounded structure of asana, anatomy and history.
