What I love, wholeheartedly, about being a yoga instructor is that the learning just. never. ends.
The deeper we dive into our yoga, our practice, ourselves—the more space we find to explore. Again and again.
This is the craft of teaching yoga.
Our next iteration of teacher training starts this summer. (And there is still time for Early Bird pricing—see below)
Are you ready to dive in?
The Craft is a unique training experience.
It focuses on quality instead of quantity, and we bring rich exploration of: the origins of yoga, tantra yoga philosophy, chakras, anatomy, intelligent sequencing, the business of yoga and teaching techniques.
- We dive deep into sequencing, anatomy, yoga history, mythology, theming, and hands-on assists!
- We learn alongside one another, guided by mentors and some of the region's most experienced experts in the fields of: storytelling, Sanskrit, the Yoga Sutras, Ayurvedic health, anatomy, breath work, etc.
- We take weekly “yoga field trips” to experience and discuss influential instructors throughout the Seattle community. This is a unique and expansive aspect of our program.
We balance technique with intuition, we contrast skill with innovation, and we discover fluid artistic expression within the grounded structure of asana, anatomy and history.
"I’m not at all interested in teaching you how to do things “right.” I’m interested in teaching you how to engage with the vast spectrum of your life and express yourself intentionally....get curious." - Adrienne Kimberley
